We do not take short cuts in the construction of our hot tubs. The QMS was developed to ensure that our production and business processes are consistently and strictly followed and continually improved to ensure the highest quality and best performance of your hot tub.

SUPERIOR GLASSLOC™ FIBREGLASS

Glassloc™ is the toughest, most durable, and high quality material essential to building the structural strength of the hot tub.

7 - 10 coats of superior Glassloc™ fibreglass are hand rolled onto the cast acrylic sheet to ensure 100% bonding to the entire shell structure. After each coat is applied, it is inspected and hand sanded. The shells are cured in an environment that is carefully controlled for moisture, heat and humidity, for about 16 hours. This ensures that air is removed from the mixture. Sailboats and watercrafts requiring long term rigidity to weather the elements are made the same way.

This gives us the confidence to have a Lifetime Guarantee on the hot tub shell structure for a Beachcomber hot tub.

TONGUE & GROOVE ENVIROSKIRT

Thick and durable, this special tongue and groove Enviroskirt construction makes for a long lasting, beautiful cabinet. This style of construction is furniture grade quality, and is well recognized in that industry for durability and quality design.

These pieces are all hand assembled to form the full Enviroskirt Cabinet that surrounds your hot tub. This plastic material is UV light resistant, and will last for many years in your back yard outside in the elements. Instead of cutting trees, we use this high tensile plastic material that looks almost identical to wood, complete with Woodgrain embossing. And Enviroskirt is completely recyclable too.

100% CAVITY FILLED FOAM INSULATION

Maximizing every available space with expanding foam prevents the penetration of air or moisture in and out of the vessel. Just like the best homes built today, the interior walls are filled with foam to ensure that the hot tub conserves heat, saving you energy and money.

ACURALUX™ MADE WITH THE BEACHCOMBER THERMOFORMER

The Acuralux™ finish plastic sheet is transformed into the main body shell of the hot tub through a complex heating and forming process called thermo-forming. A flat sheet of acrylic material is super-heated using 64 different digitally programmed heating zones. Once at temperature, the heated sheet is vacuum formed using a series of multiple suctions, to become the main shell of the hot tub interior complete with multi-level seating.

Specially treated to be moisture, mildew and UV-ray resistant to ensure protection and longevity in any climate or environment. In addition, bonded, poly-thread stitching and marine-grade corrosion proof zippers ensure all seams withstand long-term use. The HEATSHIELD™ hinge fold is furthermore reinforced by triple stitched laminate to provide extra cover filter support.

CONTINUOUS HEAT BUMPER SEAL

The Heat Bumper Seal is a continuous reinforced compression barrier that is pinched between both sides of the cover to prevent heat loss and lock in steam. The Heat Bumper Seal is further capped at each end with compression caps called Steam Sealers™, further preventing heat loss and maximizing the energy efficiency of your Beachcomber Hot Tub.
